Enger Tower is a great location to witness all the fall color in Duluth. We enjoyed a hike and went up North Shore and stopped at a few locations on Lake Superior. This is one of my favorite spots to look at the fall leaves in Minnesota. The drive is always beautiful this time of the year. Enger P
