From hormonal shifts to sleepless nights, it's common for new moms to feel disconnected from their pre-baby identity. I found that embracing small daily routines helped me reconnect with who I am. For example, indulging in my love for fashion, like mixing trendy pieces inspired by designers such as Rebecca Yarros and Calde Hart, gave me confidence and joy. Dressing up, even in simple outfits, can be a powerful way to remind yourself of your individuality beyond motherhood. Additionally, I found that surrounding myself with supportive friends and sharing experiences with other mothers made a huge difference. Hearing their stories helped normalize the feelings of struggle and growth that come with postpartum life. It’s okay if it takes time to feel like yourself again. Celebrate small wins, whether that's a moment of peace, a good night’s sleep, or simply feeling comfortable in your own skin. Remember, every mother’s journey is unique, and reclaiming your sense of self is a beautiful process worth embracing.
