Romanticize meals
Recently I’ve been trying my best to slow down and be intentional about eating and actually enjoy my meals. What works for me is putting my meals on nice plates and using my silverware instead of my go-to disposable cutlery. I’m soo used to eating when I can and scooping food of out a container and not actually enjoying my meal because it always time for something else. Now even leftovers are being placed on my “good” plates 🤣. The plates and silverware reserved for company and hosting is being used every day because….WHY NOT?
Slowing down has helped me and it’s given me so much needed time to be still and focus even for just 10 minutes.
