I lay out my gym clothes, pack my bag, and even fill my water bottle. When my alarm goes off, I don't have to make any decisions – I just get up, get dressed, and go. Eliminating friction is key to beating the snooze button. Optimize Your Sleep Schedule: You can't expect to jump out of bed at 5 AM feeling refreshed if you went to sleep at midnight. I started shifting my bedtime earlier by 15-minute increments each night until I was consistently getting 7-8 hours of sleep. A dark, cool room and no screens an hour before bed really helped.
