Boss Lady=Positive Energy ✨i care posts

For the longest time, I used to apologize for everything, even when there was nothing to be sorry about. It's such a hard habit to break, but I've been making a conscious effort to be more unapologetic and assertive in my responses.

Instead of just saying "sorry," I try to use phrases like "my understanding was X, Y, and Z" or "This is how I remember what was said, could you clarify where the disconnect might have occurred?" Being unapologetic is about staying true to yourself and establishing your boundaries. It's not always easy, but protecting your peace is so important.

People aren't always going to like what you say, but that's okay. What matters is that you're being authentic. And you know what? People's opinions and reactions can change all the time, even from your friends and family. Pay attention to their actions, not just their words❗️❗️

Anyway, just wanted to share my thoughts on this. It's been a journey, but I'm getting more comfortable with being unapologetic, and I hope you can too 💙
