When you start to feel like yourself again..

After having my 2nd, I could really tell that I wasn’t “feeling” like myself. Maybe it was postpartum or idk. But now she is 3 and I’m finally feeling back to “norm”

I actually want to do my hair, dress up, and even though I’m not completely happy with my weight I know I can change that. Before it felt like there was nothing I could do.

Moms out there, when did you start feeling like yourself after having kids?

Also, I didn’t have this feeling after my first was born, at least I don’t remember I did.

Many moms discover that integrating exercise into their routine not only improves physical health but also boosts mood levels and self-confidence. Simple changes, such as focusing on nutrition and incorporating regular activity, can serve as a foundation for feeling better about oneself. Creating a solid support network with fellow mothers can also be invaluable. Sharing experiences and experiences not only helps in healing but can also foster close friendships. Discussing challenges openly can remind mothers they are not alone in their journey. As time progresses, many women discover that they can embrace their new identities and even find joy in the transitions that come with motherhood.
