March Wrap Up
📚 The Only One Who Knows by Lisa M Matlin
⭐️Overall rating: 4/5
I absolutely hate sharks. It was suspenseful. There were a lot of twists and turns. This would make a great movie. If you love Jaws or any shark movies you should give this book a read.
📚 Driving In The Dark by Jack Harding
⭐️Overall rating: 3.75/5
I did guess what was going to happen. I wish it were longer.
March was a month full of suspenseful and thrilling reads that really kept me on the edge of my seat. "The Only One Who Knows" by Lisa M Matlin was especially gripping; as someone who’s not a fan of sharks, the book truly transformed my fear into fascination. The twists and turns kept me guessing, and I could totally see this book adapted into a movie, especially for fans of shark-themed thrillers like "Jaws." The tension and suspense made it hard to put down. On the other hand, "Driving In The Dark" by Jack Harding offered a different flavor—an engrossing short story that, although I predicted the outcome, still captivated me with its depth and pacing. I personally wished it was longer to delve deeper into the characters and plot. This mix of longer suspense novels and compact storytelling made my March reading diverse and enjoyable. If you’re into suspenseful reads that mix sharp twists with emotional depth, both books are definitely worth exploring this month.
