Chop approximately 3 lbs of sweet potatoes and mix them with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of garlic salt, 1 tablespoon of white pepper, and 1.5 tablespoons of cinnamon. Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast them for about 30-45 minutes, until tender. Meanwhile, brown 5 lbs of lean ground beef in a skillet, draining any excess fat. Once the sweet potatoes and beef are ready, assemble your bowls by layering the beef, sweet potatoes, low-fat cheese, and your choice of toppings like relish and no-sugar-added ketchup. This meal prep yields around 12 servings, making it ideal for busy weeks ahead. Each serving is nutritious and can help in maintaining your health goals with balanced macros.
