Learning to Set Boundaries (Finally)

I used to say “yes” just to keep the peace…now I’m leaning that real peace comes from honoring myself. Boundaries aren’t walls — they’re doors I get to open with intention. Here are a few I’m working on:

* Saying “let me think about it” instead of yes on autopilot.

* Not justifying every no

* Taking time to rest without guilt

It’s still new for me, but wow…it feels powerful!
