Tip: we found that spending 1 full day in each park was more than enough time when taking advantage of the lightening lanes! Lightening lanes are $28 per person! Additionally, arrive to the parks early to “rope drop” (which is basically running to beat the crowd) the most popular rides and avoid the long lines that build up quickly!
Bonus tip: use the Disney parks app to see how long the waits are at each ride in the moment, the wait times update live! This way you can decide what ride you want to go to next!

Planning a trip to Disney World can be overwhelming due to the sheer size of the parks and the numerous attractions available. To truly make the most of your visit, it's crucial to navigate the parks wisely. When at Disney World, consider downloading the official Disney Parks app to stay updated on ride wait times. This tool is invaluable, as it provides real-time information, allowing you to plan your next move effectively. Another crucial aspect is the timing of your visit. If possible, plan your trip during off-peak seasons when crowd levels are lower. This often means fewer long lines and a more enjoyable experience. Make sure to arrive as early as possible to beat the crowds. The “rope drop” strategy involves getting to the gates before the park officially opens, enabling you to access rides with minimal wait times right at the start of the day. Using lightning lanes can also significantly enhance your experience. For $28 per person, you can skip the standard wait times for rides, allowing for more enjoyment and less waiting. Remember to prioritize your must-do attractions and take advantage of these options to maximize your time in the park. Finally, stay hydrated, wear comfortable shoes, and don't forget to schedule breaks throughout the day. Disney World offers various dining options, so plan meal times where you can recharge and enjoy the magic at a slower pace. By following these tips, you can ensure that your Disney World adventure is truly unforgettable!

Magic kingdom is always the first park we go to and we always go on Peoplemover as our first ride. I’m not sure why but it’s tradition for us for 10 years now! Haha
