There are hundreds of hiking and walking trails in the Bar Harbor + Acadia National Park area! There is something for everyone, from extreme hikes to more simple walks.
Here are 3 trails I recommend in Acadia and Bar Harbor:
1 - Great Head trail is a 1.4 mile loop style path in Acadia that goes along the ocean and has great views of Sand Beach! I would consider this trail more of a walk and less of a hike.
2 - Bar Harbor Shore path is another beautiful walk in downtown that stretches along the water and has stunning views of the harbor and oceanfront hotels! This walk is just under 1 mile.
3 - Cadillac Mountain is probably the most popular in Acadia. There are multiple hikes to reach the summit and their lengths range! If you’re not a fan of hiking, you can actually drive to this gorgeous summit as well!
