Starting a Mixing Bowl Salad Series since they are always tastier eaten out of a mixing bowl!!

So here’s my first creation! I pretty much eyeball everything. Measurements don’t happen for me around lunch time… 🙊😅

✨🤠Southwest inspired✨🌮

- Chopped Kale, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Green Cabbage and Red Cabbage ( I buy a precut bag at Trader Joe’s that I love!!!)

- Chopped Red Onion

- Chopped Mango

- Chopped Bell Pepper

- Darined and Rinsed Canned Chickpeas

- Drained and Rinsed Canned Corn and Black Beans

- Grated Cotija Cheese or your cheese of choice

- Precooked and Chilled Gluten Free Fusilli Pasta

Dressing:

- Lime Juice

- Olive Oil

- Cumin

- Garlic Salt

- Pepper

- Agave

- Chili Powder
