GLP-1 Journey | Week 4 Check-In 🍋

I underdosed this week — and honestly? That’s okay. With GLP-1s, it’s better to underdose than overdose. A little extra hunger for a week is safer than pushing too hard and making your body miserable.

This journey isn’t just about weight loss — it’s about health. Managing inflammation, insulin resistance, PCOS, chronic fatigue, anxiety, and POTS-like symptoms. Weight loss is a side effect of healing, not the goal.

Last time I lost ~30 lbs. This time, with better support (amino acids, supplements, movement, protein, hydration), I’m hoping to stay at or below 20 units (0.5 mg) and go further — the right way.

Slow. Intentional. Learning my body.
