If you understand, I’m sorry ❤️

... Read moreHealing from heartbreak and grief is a deeply personal experience that many of us face at some point in our lives. From my own experience, the pain tends to manifest differently depending on the time of day. During busy daylight hours, the constant noise and distractions make the emptiness less noticeable, almost like a whisper that fades in the background. However, when night falls and silence takes over, that pain often becomes loud and overwhelming, demanding our full attention. One way I found helpful was to gently acknowledge these feelings rather than suppressing them. Writing sad poems or journaling deep quotes helped me capture my emotions and understand the layers of my grief better. It’s important to remember that healing is not a linear process. Some days are easier than others, and the emptiness may never completely disappear; instead, we learn to live alongside it. Engaging with communities, like those who share similar feelings online or through books, can also provide comfort. They remind us we're not alone in the struggle. Ultimately, the pain of healing shapes us, teaching resilience and self-compassion. If you're going through a similar journey, allow yourself the grace to feel, reflect, and slowly rebuild your heart.
