Any recommendations for damage dry hair
I have damage dry hair mostly I believe because of hard water I don’t style my hair with any heat or blow dry it . I always have very frizzy hair and it looks like this every time I have it down no matter what I put on it

Dealing with dry, damaged hair can be quite challenging, especially for those affected by hard water, which can strip moisture from hair, leaving it frizzy and unmanageable. To combat this, consider incorporating dedicated hair care products that target dryness, such as deep conditioning masks and leave-in conditioners that contain hydrating ingredients like argan oil and glycerin. Regular trims are important to eliminate split ends, which exacerbate frizz. Furthermore, using a sulfate-free shampoo can help maintain your hair's natural oils, reducing dryness. Consider also the benefits of using a water softener or a clarifying shampoo occasionally to remove mineral buildup from hard water. Additionally, look for hairstyles that minimize damage; braids and updos can help prevent further stress on your hair. Lastly, always protect your hair from environmental factors such as UV rays; using hats or UV protection sprays can make a significant difference. Embrace a routine that nourishes your hair's health for a more vibrant look!

Do you use hair oil? I really like the MoroccanOil for my frizzy hair. You could also get a filter for your shower head to help with the hard water, I’ve heard they help a ton! 🥰
