Lazy 4 ingredient pasta!

This pasta is one of my comfort foods! My mother made this for me when I was really young and I loved it so much. I found out how to make it myself and thought others should know about this too. This is very good to make when your in a rush or don’t have much to eat. Till this day it’s one of my favorite pasta. It’s simple yet so delicious.

Ingredients (feeds for one)

•leftover pasta

•2 tablespoons of salted butter

Microwave for 30 seconds (mix butter in the pasta )

•Add mozzarella or Monterrey jack cheese to your liking

•Add Parmesan cheese to your liking

MIX

Microwave for 1 minute

This looks so good but I’d would use a different brand of “butter “ because that isn’t actually butter

I love this. I make it all the time. I’ve also done it with fresh chives other times I’ve done it with Italian seasoning or basil and parsley or sometimes I just make it plain like you do and you can never go wrong with cheese or pasta.
