I will NOT stay quiet!

Having a harder week then I expected see 3 years ago today this picture was taken after my husband got mad and slammed my hand into the doorjamb of our bedroom this is the first and only time he's left marks like this

he wouldn't let me have my phone to call for help of course

when I had my first doctor appointment in March of 2024 I still had broken blood vessels and it was still hella swollen I use my hands a lot for transfers and I still CAN'T put a lot of pressure on this wrist and because of that I will never be able to live alone

Yes I'm still here yes things still "magically happen" where I'm the one that ends up hurt but so far this is the worst of it.
