4 management tips I use to stay organized 🙌

... Read moreOver time, I’ve learned that staying organized isn’t about having a perfect system, but about finding simple, consistent habits that keep me focused and productive amid distractions. One powerful tip I personally use is the physical "annoyance" method. Carrying a small object like a pebble in your pocket acts as a tactile reminder for your most important task of the day. Each time you feel it, it brings your attention back to what truly needs your focus. This subtle nudge prevents big tasks from slipping through the cracks. Another strategy is scheduling "fake meetings" with yourself. Blocking 1-2 hours each day exclusively for deep work is an effective way to guard uninterrupted time. By labeling this slot as a meeting, I avoid overbooking and create mental boundaries that help me concentrate better and make meaningful progress. Automating your daily priorities can take the overwhelm out of planning. Tools like Saner AI integrate notes, emails, and to-dos to automatically generate your priority list. This approach means I start each day knowing exactly where to focus, which boosts my efficiency and reduces decision fatigue. Lastly, using pre-meeting minutes review makes a big impression. Taking the 5 minutes before a call to revisit previous meeting notes helps me enter discussions fully prepared. Mentioning specifics from past conversations not only demonstrates organization but also builds rapport and trust with colleagues. These practical management hacks have transformed my daily workflow. Incorporating physical cues, protecting deep work time, leveraging automation, and preparing thoughtfully for meetings can make anyone more organized and productive. If you’re looking to improve your productivity, give these simple but effective techniques a try and watch your workday flow more smoothly.

there is an app called untangle ADHD focus app and, I wanted to use it but, you of course have a subscription that you have to pay. mom's who are overwhelmed with how things are in America right now on top of everything else can't afford it! I need something free easy to use and doesn't require every second of your day. anyone know of anything to help me with my ADHD mainly productivity and focus. I've been trying to get my master bedroom clean and organized for months now!🥺
