The name was created by itself, mixing two contradictory roots.
"Vae" comes from the root of a word that means a wanderer, a rootless person, reflecting the life of an orphan who never had a real place to stand, and "rix" is the suffix that means a blood successor, which he has always instilled in him that dragons must only come from pure blood.
