garden tour!!!!
a moment for my sister’s very voluptuous & thriving garden 🪴 the way this garden has transformed since my last visit is crazy! If you didn’t see the first video of her garden, you gotta go watch it to see the progress!! I posted it less than two months ago, so it’s not that far down 💛 the corn stalks are already about 5 feet tall! & soooo many tomatoes, zucchinis, cucumbers, watermelons, green beans, & peppers!!
Watching a garden flourish so rapidly is truly inspiring! From my own experience, maintaining such a diverse garden requires consistent care and attention, especially with vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers that thrive in warm, sunny conditions. It's fascinating how corn stalks can reach heights of five feet in such a short time when properly watered and fertilized. A tip I've learned is to ensure the garden soil is rich in organic matter and to keep track of the watering schedule to avoid over or underwatering. Additionally, growing watermelons and zucchinis together can be beneficial since they have similar sunlight and watering needs, but they do require plenty of space due to their sprawling vines. Green beans are great companions as they fix nitrogen in the soil, which helps other plants grow better. Observing the garden's transformation encourages me to start planning my own vegetable patch, paying close attention to plant spacing and regular pruning to encourage vigorous growth. Sharing videos and updates like this is a great way to document progress and motivate others to try their hand at gardening, especially with the satisfaction of harvesting homegrown produce within weeks rather than months.
