Things that became me

3/26 Edited to

... Read moreBecoming a mother often brings unexpected changes to your daily life and personality. For me, embracing motherhood meant realizing how my routines and priorities shifted in ways that now define who I am. Coffee, once just a morning pick-me-up, became a crucial companion to power through busy days filled with school runs and playdates. Snacking transformed from a casual indulgence into a strategic necessity to keep up with the endless energy demands of my kids. Managing practice schedules evolved into a full-time task that honed my multitasking and organizational skills. Each appointment, each game, each event required careful planning and coordination, which eventually became second nature. But the most precious part of this transformation has been the intangible – the joy found in baby giggles echoing through the house, and the hundreds of photos capturing fleeting moments that tell the story of their growth and our journey together. In my experience, motherhood also reshapes your social connections. Sharing struggles and humor with other parents under hashtags like #MomLife and #MomHumor fosters a sense of community and support. These bonds help remind us we’re not alone in the chaos and joy of raising children. Ultimately, the things that once were small habits or daily chores become the threads weaving together a new identity. Through these changes, I've learned to appreciate the beauty in everyday moments and found strength in the roles I now embrace. Motherhood is more than a stage—it's a powerful force creating growth, love, and resilience within us all.
