Here are some of the things I am loving rn as a student!!

Packing my lunch has been a game changer for me!! It has helped me save money, stay on campus longer so increased productivity and daily time management, as well as helped me with my health goals!

Solo study dates have been so good for me. I love study groups, but getting to the library early and romanticizing studying by myself has been super great for my productivity!

I love doing yoga or pilates during the day in-between study sessions. It is a great brain break and I have found it to really help with my anxiety.

Going outside is fr such a must. Just getting some fresh air is great! If your campus doesn't have a great place to sit and study, juts walking around throughout the day can help you feel more energized.

Planning to the hour has been a game changer for me because it really helps me visualize my days and plan out how I am going to achieve me goals!
