why you should be signing up for these classes

I took a variety of electives in undergrad and I am signing up for one this semester in graduate school and I’m so excited.

At my undergraduate university we called the courses leisure skills. I took Yoga, meditation, and a barre class and I can’t say enough good things about them!

If anything I wish I took more because they are great ways to do super cool things in college!
