I really do think what changed my routine for the better the most was starting early and the hardest part about that for me is waking up early.

The outfits thing really has helped because if I pick out something I am excited to wear I do get up and get going quicker. Also getting dressed in not lounge clothes does help me get out of the house faster!!

You need to love your morning routine so that you start your day off right.

The key for me getting to bed earlier was reducing my screen time!!
