Most of the mistakes studying really come down to being too passive. It is so important to do more than just read over the material.
A schedule is the best way to get organized and avoid having to cram.
Practice test are a must!! They are the best way to help you realize where your weaknesses. Practice test also help with testing anxiety, so I take at least two before most exams.
You need to practice recall! I have someone test me, use flash cards, you just take a pice of paper and try to write down everything I can. Constant testing of recall is also a really great way of finding out what you need to study more!!
