5 Things I Wish I Knew Before 25
1. It’s okay to not always compromise on the things that you really want in life. Especially in your relationships and friendships, there should be things that are a hard yes or hard no and you need to vocalise it. If you compromise everything you will find your self leading a life that you didn’t want. We as women watch our mothers and female role models compromise everything for us but you are your own person with wants and needs✨
2. Your friends will change and that’s okay. Every one serves a certain purpose in your life as you did in theirs. Just because you moved on to other friendships, does not make you a terrible person. Especially if you communicate it well ✨
3. Everything that you do now health wise will show up later. Exercise drink lots of water and most importantly destress✨
4. Say yes to more opportunities. Say yes to that job that is more complex, or that graduate degree that will take up a lot of your time. Once you jump in, you will figure the rest out ✨
5. As a woman, your energy will rise and deplete as your hormones change. Work around that by challenging yourself during times that you are ovulating. Give yourself some grace during luteal and menstruation. ✨
