Clean ramen noodles 🤍✨

... Read moreI recently tried Clean Monday Meals' Clean Ramen Noodles along with their Chicken Ramen Seasoning, and I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful and convenient it was. As someone who follows an anti-inflammatory diet, finding gluten-free and dairy-free options that still deliver on taste can be a challenge. The seasoning pack contains 6 grams and provides 12 grams of protein, making it a nutritious addition to the 2.5-ounce noodle cakes. What I like best is that each package is individually wrapped, which helps with portion control and keeping the noodles fresh. Preparing the meal was quick and easy, perfect for busy days when I want something healthy without spending too much time cooking. This product fits well into clean eating routines, as it avoids common allergens such as gluten and dairy. Since it’s aligned with clean Monday meals, it also supports detox or reset days that many people observe by eating anti-inflammatory foods. If you’re looking for a wholesome instant ramen option, I highly recommend trying these noodles. You can pair them with fresh vegetables or a boiled egg to boost the nutritional value further. The chicken seasoning adds a savory depth without excess artificial additives, which makes it feel guilt-free. Overall, Clean Monday Meals’ ramen is a great addition to anyone’s diet who’s conscious about inflammation, food sensitivities, or simply prefers clean and convenient meal solutions. I plan to keep these stocked in my pantry for quick, nourishing meals on the go.

I looked at the ingredients and some of the packages have 900 mg to 1030 mg of sodium. There's nothing clean about that. As soon as you eat them, you'll be on blood pressure medication. That's crazy asl. The original noodles doesn't have that much sodium. None of these noodles good, you just have to watch how much you consume with the original packs.
