St. Louis Zoo
Have you been to the St. Louis Zoo?
We love the STL Zoo for the free admission. We did pay for parking and buy tickets to pet the stingrays and ride the carousel! There’s a train that rides all through the zoo; of course, you can just walk too! We got lunch at one of the many kiosks and took a little break before exploring more. However, you can bring in your own sack lunch too! Our most favorite exhibit of all time was the dinosaur exhibit, which is no longer there, but it had a little splash pad that was perfect for the hot summer days!
The St. Louis Zoo is one of the most popular attractions in the region, combining animal conservation with family fun. Originally established in 1910, it has continued to grow and adapt, ensuring that visitors, especially families, always have new experiences to enjoy. The zoo is home to a wide variety of animals, including exotic species and local wildlife, making it an educational experience as well. In addition to the petting zoo and carousel, families appreciate the on-site dining options, featuring a variety of cuisines to cater to all tastes. The emphasis on conservation and educational programming ensures that visitors leave with a deeper understanding of the natural world. Don't forget to check the special events calendar as the zoo often hosts seasonal events, educational programs, and interactive experiences that are perfect for all ages. Whether it's a day out for the kids or a relaxing afternoon with friends, the St. Louis Zoo offers something for everyone, ensuring unforgettable memories and great photo opportunities!

Yes. I have been to the St. Louis zoo before. It was a long time ago though. My mom and sister went over spring break this year!
