Easy Toddler Dinner❤️

✨Salmon Bites✨

👋🏼It’s been a minute but I have been doing a lot of repeat dinners because you know.. life and trying to find new ideas for a toddler is difficult!

Even though this is also a repeat I have to post again because I am honestly shocked at how much my 18 month old enjoys salmon bites. And coming from someone who is not a big salmon fan, I can say these are delicious! And would be great for the whole family!🌟

Tossed the salmon bites in melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cooked in air fryer for about 5-10 minutes until fully cooked. Super quick! Super easy! Super delicious!

These would be great in a rice and salmon bowl with some avocado and kewpie mayo!

... Read moreWhen it comes to feeding toddlers, finding meals that are both healthy and appealing can be a challenge. These salmon bites are not only quick to prepare but also packed with nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, which are vital for brain development. Many parents struggle with their toddlers being picky eaters, but incorporating flavorful seasonings like garlic and paprika can enhance the taste and make better meal ideas. Pair these salmon bites with fresh sides like cucumber sticks or carrot chips for balanced nutrition. Additionally, serving them with a fun dip, such as yogurt or a mild sauce, can encourage little ones to try new foods. You can also experiment with different preparations, such as baking or grilling, to suit your family's preferences. Remember, introducing a variety of food flavors and textures during these early years can help cultivate healthy eating habits in the future.
