A must-see highlight is the Bridgnorth Cliff Railway, a 130-year-old uphill train that connects the city above and below. It's less than a minute's journey, but it's a unique experience, and it's also one of the shortest Funicular trains in England. 🚞

Besides taking the train, there are cute little streets, cafes, bakeries, and views along the Severn River. Take a leisurely walk. If the weather is good, sunny, the atmosphere is even more romantic, suitable for spending time slowly, taking pictures at every corner, because the city is beautiful at almost every point.

ประสบการณ์เที่ยวเมืองเล็กแสนสงบอย่าง Bridgnorth ถือเป็นหนึ่งในทริปที่ผ่อนคลายและเต็มไปด้วยเสน่ห์แบบอังกฤษดั้งเดิมจริงๆ ครับ นอกจากการนั่ง Bridgnorth Cliff Railway รถไฟขึ้นเขาฟูนิคูลาร์ซึ่งเป็นไฮไลต์ของเมืองนี้ที่ใช้เวลาเดินทางแค่ไม่ถึงหนึ่งนาที แต่จะสร้างความประทับใจในความคลาสสิกที่หาที่ไหนไม่ได้ง่ายๆ แล้ว การเดินเล่นไปตามถนนเล็กๆ น่ารักใน Upper Town และ Lower Town ยังทำให้ผมรู้สึกเหมือนได้ย้อนเวลากลับไปอยู่ในยุคสมัยก่อนเลยทีเดียว ถ้าโชคดีเจอสภาพอากาศดี มีแดดส่องให้บรรยากาศสดใส จะทำให้วิวของแม่น้ำ Severn สวยงามยิ่งขึ้นจนแทบต้องหยิบกล้องถ่ายรูปขึ้นมากดชัตเตอร์แทบทุกมุม ซึ่งร้านคาเฟ่และร้านเบเกอรี่ที่นี่ล้วนแต่มีความน่ารักและอบอุ่น เหมาะกับการนั่งพักจิบกาแฟพร้อมไอศกรีมชิลๆ ผมชอบที่ทางเมืองมี Park ให้เดินเล่นชิลๆ และการนั่งรถไฟคลาสสิกนี้ก็เหมือนเป็นการเปิดโลกประสบการณ์ใหม่ที่ย่อยง่ายและเพลิดเพลินสุดๆ สำหรับคนที่อยากหลีกหนีความวุ่นวายจากเมืองใหญ่ และอยากเที่ยวแบบวันเดียวจบ Bridgnorth ถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีมาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นคู่รักหรือเพื่อนฝูง ที่ชอบเที่ยวแบบชิลๆ สัมผัสบรรยากาศเมืองเล็ก ท่ามกลางธรรมชาติและวิถีชีวิตชาวเมืองอังกฤษแท้ๆ โดยไม่ต้องเร่งรีบ ที่นี่ช่วยให้คุณได้ Slow days จริงๆครับ
