① Hot cake mix 50g
Egg (1 piece) Vegetable juice (50ml)
Put 1 teaspoon of sugar in a container and mix well
② Complete after 3 minutes at 500w
※ Adjust the time depending on the microwave oven

最近、スーパーで売っているアンパンマンスティックは値上がりしているし、小麦粉や添加物の安全面も気になりますよね。そこで私も家で手軽に作れる方法を試してみました。使うのはホットケーキミックス、卵、そして野菜ジュースだけ。砂糖もほんの少し入れるのでお子さんにちょうどいい甘さです。市販のスティックパンほどのかたさはありませんが、蒸しパン独特のふんわりした食感で、味も似ているので子どもは大喜びでした。 私の場合はダイソーのシリコーン保存袋340mlサイズを使って、一人分ずつ作っています。電子レンジで500Wの3分加熱でちょうど良くふくらみ、失敗も少ないです。忙しい朝食時や幼 稚園の帰りのおやつにピッタリで、親子で一緒に作るのもとても楽しい時間になりました。 また、野菜ジュースを使うことで小麦粉だけの味よりも自然な風味が加わり、子どもも野菜を摂っている感覚で楽しんでくれます。蒸し器を使わず電子レンジだけでできるので、手軽に挑戦できるのも魅力的です。保存袋で蒸しパンを作る方法は掃除も簡単で後片付けも楽々。これからも季節の野菜ジュースを試しながらアレンジを楽しみたいと思います。ぜひみなさんも一度試してみてください。
