Want to be a 5am girly in 2025??? 💕

To be a 5am girly it will definitely take discipline and quite a bit of repetition but once you get in a habit of waking up and being productive so early it’s addicting. I feel so energetic for the rest of my day but also I feel like there’s more time, here’s some tips below 💕

1. Establish a night routine and a bed time : gradually start sleeping anywhere from 15-30 minutes earlier each night. Do this while aiming for 7-9 hours of good, quality sleep which will help you to feel energized at 5am.

2. Set Alarms : putting my phone across the room forces me to get out of bed. Discipline > motivation

3. Morning Routine : I wake up and journal and read a chapter of whatever book I’m reading at the time it stimulates my mind early on and also lets me declutter my brain from whatever crazy dreams I had lol. Also eating a little snack before the gym gives me more energy than the mornings I went without.

4. Be patient 🫶🏾 : you're creating a new daily habit & it takes time. you may not be able to go as hard as you used to when you first transition, but over time your body gets used to its new flow. & trust me it's worth it to stay the course and remember your why.

Start by establishing a consistent night routine that allows for 7-9 hours of quality sleep. Gradually set your alarms earlier, placing your phone across the room to encourage getting up. Consider incorporating journaling in your morning routine as a powerful way to declutter your mind and set intentions for the day. Additionally, pre-workout snacks, like bananas, can boost your energy before hitting the gym. Moreover, daily vitamins and supplements such as magnesium and B12 can support your overall health during this transition. Finally, patience is key; developing a new habit takes time, so stay committed and remember your motivation to make each early morning worthwhile.

my baby wakes up at 5am every morning, but it’s so weird. I used to sleep until like 10-11 before i had to be up at 5 every morning, and waking up at 5am I feel SO much better/energized. Waking up later has made me feel so groggy, it’s crazy how much a few hours makes
