Payment for delivery: 400 baht (repeat! Cash only accepted! No credit cards accepted, no transfers! Prepare cash to be ready)
Envelopes: The staff will put all of our documents in 4Commerce Envelopes as delivery formalities.

The official said that when the passport and visa are sent home, it will look like COD. We have to pay another 400 baht for the postman to get the package back.

สำหรับใครที่วางแผนจะต่อวีซ่าอเมริกาในปี 2569 อย่างแรกเลย ขอแนะนำว่าอย่าลืมตรวจสอบข้อมูลช่องทางการส่งเอกสารกับสถานที่ไปรษณีย์จังหวัดใกล้บ้านคุณให้ดี เพราะแต่ละจังหวัดอาจมีขั้นตอนหรือเวลาทำการที่แตกต่างกันบ้าง ผมเองเคยประสบปัญหาข้อมูลไม่ชัดเจนจากแหล่งข้อมูลออนไลน์เก่า จนต้องโทรสอบถามกับ Call Center ของสถานทูตโดยตรง ซึ่งได้ข้อมูลว่าช่องทางส่งเอกสารกลับมาใช้ "ไปรษณีย์ไทย" อย่างเป็นทางการ และต้องส่งที่ไปรษณีย์จังหวัดเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่ไปรษณีย์เล็กทั่วไป นอกจากนี้ต้องเตรียมเงินสด 400 บาทสำหรับค่าบริการส่ง และอีก 400 บาทตอนรับเล่มคืน การเตรียมเอกสาร ได้แก่ ใบ DS-160 ที่ปริ้นท์ออกมา, พาสปอร์ตเล่มปัจจุบันและเล่มเก่าหากมี, รูปถ่ายขนาด 2x2 นิ้วพื้นขาว, ใบเสร็จค่าธรรมเนียมวีซ่า และใบยืนยัน Interview Waiver Confirmation ซึ่งทั้งหมดนี้ต้องใส่ลงซอง 4Commerce ที่ทางไปรษณีย์มีให้ ข้อสำคัญเมื่อไปส่งที่ไปรษณีย์จังหวัด ควรกดบัตรคิวและแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ตรงๆ ว่ามาส่งเอกสารต่อวีซ่าอเมริกา เพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ช่วยติดต่อผู้ที่รู้ขั้นตอนอย่างถูกต้อง และเตรียมข้อมูลส่วนตัวในรูปแบบภาษาอังกฤษ เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุล และหมายเลขพาสปอร์ต เพื่อกรอกข้อมูลส่งให้ถูกต้อง สุดท้ายแนะนำให้เผื่อเวลาในการจัดเตรียมและส่งเอกสารล่วงหน้า เนื่องจากกระบวนการส่งและรับเล่มคืนอาจใช้เวลาหลายวัน เพื่อป้องกันการล่าช้าและพร้อมรับเล่มวีซ่าที่บ้านอย่างราบรื่น หวังว่าข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมนี้จะช่วยให้เพื่อนๆ ทุกคนที่กำลังจะต่อวีซ่าอเมริกาในปีนี้ ได้เตรียมตัวและเข้าใจกระบวนการมากยิ่งขึ้นครับ หากมีคำถามหรืออยากแชร์ประสบการณ์เพิ่มเติม ยินดีรับฟังและแลกเปลี่ยนกันครับ!
