Feeling rich is a mindset!

#GirlTalk#lemon8challenge

I used to think feeling rich meant having nice things but now I know it’s about how I make money decisions, not what I swipe for.

These money habits have changed everything 👇

💭 1. I pause before I purchase.

If I still want it after 24 hours, I get it. Most of the time, I forget I even cared.

💬 2. I question every “need.”

Would Future Me thank me for this? If not, it’s probably not worth it. This is the question i ask every time.

📈 3. I plan my money around my peace.

Bills, savings, and fun money are all intentional — no more chaos spending or guilt.

💸 4. I value experiences over stuff.

Instead of buying things for validation, I spend where memories or growth happen.

🧘🏽‍♀️ 5. I track how I feel, not just what I spend.

When spending feels anxious, I pause. When it feels aligned, I know it’s right.

Real wealth isn’t about what’s in your cart — it’s about the confidence behind every decision. I think once the mindset changes, your habits align to it.

Feeling rich isn’t about luxury — it’s about clarity, calm, and control.

... Read moreMany people believe that feeling wealthy comes only from having a big bank balance, but in reality, it's a mindset driven by how we appreciate the small things around us. The article highlights the importance of little luxuries such as fresh roasted coffee, elegant candles, and effective skincare products in shaping a richer daily experience. This reflects a growing trend where self-care and intentional living contribute more to our overall happiness than mere financial status. For instance, buying quality coffee beans for $8 might seem like an extravagance, but the aroma and flavor can instantly elevate your mood, turning an ordinary morning into a special ritual. Similarly, lighting good candles changes the atmosphere of a room, helping one unwind after a long day or focus better while working. Perfume also plays a psychological role — a pleasant scent can boost confidence and create a sense of empowerment. Korean skincare is known for its effectiveness and ritualistic approach, and incorporating it into daily life adds a soothing, consistent routine that fosters self-love and discipline. These habits aren’t about reckless spending; rather, they are about savoring life’s moments and feeling accomplished in small, accessible ways. Moreover, pairing these rituals with simple joys like reading a good book when the mood needs a shift adds depth to your personal routine. The idea is to trick your brain into feeling you have your life together, which can improve mental well-being and resilience. Incorporating these 'rich habits' can help anyone, regardless of income, feel more fulfilled and positive. It's not about appearing rich but about cultivating a mindset that appreciates quality over quantity. This approach can inspire others to focus on what truly makes life enjoyable — the meaningful rituals that enrich our everyday existence.
