12月の満月は特に特別な意味を持ち、ただの夜空の美しい光景以上のものを感じさせてくれます。満月には感情やエネルギーを解放し、新たなスタートの準備を助ける力があると言われており、コールドムーンは寒い冬空の中で見る満月として、心も体も洗われるような気持ちになります。 私自身もこの日の夜、外に出て空を見上げました。真冬の冷たい空気が肌に触れるけれど、その澄んだ空に輝く満月は心を温かくしてくれたのが印象的でした。昨年から今年までの出来事を振り返り、不要なものを手放すチャンス。特に今年の自分に「ありがとう」と伝え、来年に向けて新たな気持ちで歩みを進めるのにぴったりのタイミングです。 また、この満月は「ロングナイトムーン」と呼ばれ、夜が最も長い時期の満月。夜長の静けさと満月の光の中でゆったりと過ごす時間は、日常の忙しさから離れてリセットするのに最適です。皆さんも街の空のどこかで、今年最後の満月をぜひ体感してみてください。
