I found that using a gentle shampoo suited to my hair type helped maintain scalp health without stripping natural oils. Following up with a nourishing conditioner kept my strands hydrated and reduced tangles. Besides those basics, incorporating occasional deep conditioning treatments or hair masks adds extra moisture and strength. I also learned the importance of minimizing heat styling and protecting hair from environmental damage by applying leave-in conditioners or serums with UV protection. Consistency is key. Committing to a routine tailored to your hair type and concerns helps prevent issues like dryness, frizz, and damage over time. Using quality products and adjusting your routine seasonally based on hair needs can further improve results. By sharing my hair care routine journey, I hope it inspires others to find and commit to routines that work for them.
