Who else loves stuff?
Many of us can relate to the feeling of excitement that comes with acquiring new stuff, but often, that joy is fleeting. From my own experiences, I’ve realized that true happiness doesn’t come from collecting things but rather from investing in ourselves and our well-being. For example, when I treat myself to wellness treatments or moments of self-care, the satisfaction lasts much longer. Instead of feeling empty after buying something material, these experiences refresh my mind and body, helping me feel more balanced and content. Additionally, decluttering and focusing on what truly matters—relationships, personal growth, and health—can lead to a more fulfilling life. Stuff can sometimes weigh us down, both physically and mentally. Choosing to prioritize meaningful experiences can shift our perspective and enhance overall happiness. So if you’re wondering whether more stuff will make you happier, consider this: happiness comes from within and from how we take care of ourselves and connect with the world around us, not from what we own.
