Fostering kitties
🐾 Fostering is about more than just providing a safe place… it’s about teaching trust, love, and comfort.
Many of these kitties come from situations where human touch, affection, and attention are completely unknown to them. Fostering helps them learn that hands bring love, not fear… that cuddles are safe… and that they are worthy of attention and care.
Sometimes that learning process looks a little silly 😂 This crazy foster dad even pretends to “eat” the kitties — all in good fun — to help them get used to being handled, loved on, and comfortable with human interaction.
Every cuddle, every playful moment, and every bit of patience helps prepare them for their forever homes. Watching them go from unsure and timid to confident and affectionate is one of the most rewarding parts of fostering. ❤️🐱
