Enhanced physical performance: Proper hydration is essential for for exercise and daily activities - in general. Drinking enough water helps maintain electrolyte balance, regulate body temperature, and prevent dehydration, allowing you to perform at your best - woohoo no headaches!

Improved cognitive function: Staying hydrated is crucial for brain health and cognitive function. Dehydration can lead to cognitive impairments such as decreased focus, concentration, and alertness.

To increase water intake, try carrying a reusable water bottle with you throughout the day, setting reminders to drink water at regular intervals, and flavoring water with fresh fruits or herbs for added taste. I call it my emotional support waterbottle hehe

And my digestion has improved significantly. It’s amazing how something so simple can have such a profound impact on so many different areas of your health. It’s truly about feeling good from the inside out. Making hydration a habit can feel daunting at first, but I've found a few tricks that really work for me. My number one tip, which you might have seen in the image with my hand holding it in the car, is investing in a great insulated water bottle with a straw. This isn't just any water bottle; it's my 'emotional support water bottle' because it's always by my side! Having it readily available, whether I'm on a brisk walk on a paved path with my dog or just working at my desk, means I’m constantly sipping without even thinking about it. Another game-changer has been making water more appealing. I absolutely love adding fresh lemon slices to my water – it’s so refreshing, especially from a glass with lemon slices like in the photo! You can also try cucumber, mint, or berries. It transforms plain water into a delicious, guilt-free treat that makes you want to drink more. I also set gentle reminders on my phone throughout the day to take a few sips, especially when I’m busy. And for those 'Friday water' moments or just staying consistent throughout the week, I always prep my water bottles the night before. This way, when I'm rushing out the door for an outdoor adventure (maybe even taking a selfie in my white tank top and visor!), my hydration is already taken care of. It’s all about creating small, sustainable habits that fit into your lifestyle. Trust me, once you start feeling the difference, you won't want to go back!
