2 tips for positive affirmations

A little reminder to be kind to yourself. Here are two tips I try to practice daily :)

Consistent Practice: Incorporate positive affirmations into your daily routine by repeating them regularly, such as during your morning routine, before bed, or whenever you need a confidence boost. Consistency helps reinforce positive beliefs and attitudes over time. I do mine in the sauna after the gym!

Specific and Present Tense: Phrase your affirmations in the present tense and be specific about what you want to affirm. For example, instead of saying, "I will be successful," say, "I am confident and capable of achieving my goals." This helps your mind focus on the present moment and reinforces the belief that positive change is possible now.
