Pumpkin Puff Pastry Turnovers

Recipe:

• 2 sheets of puff pastry (thawed)

• 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

• 2 tbsp brown sugar

• 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

• 1/4 tsp cinnamon

• 14 tsp salt

• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 egg (for egg wash)

• 1 tosp milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to

375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Make Pumpkin Filling: In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin nie spice, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract.

3. Spread filling in between puff pastry sheets & use cookie cutter of choice to cut out shapes.

4. Spread each cut out with egg wash.

5. Bake for 14-16 minutes.
