DIL: Momma’s Day Off
As a working mom, I have to try to fit all of our fun into the two days that I’m off a week. Here’s a taste of what our day looked like today! She spent the night with her cousins the night before so I had a kid free morning to do a little extra tidying before I picked her up. We had a day at the library and therapy before heading back home and beginning the wind down. We snacked on some applesauce and graham crackers when we first got home. We found a kitten on the road and he finished the last of his antibiotics and dewormer so it was time to bring him out of quarantine. We sanitized his room and belongings, gave him a bath, and let them get used to each other. Afterward, she played with blocks while I worked on folding the laundry from this morning before we ate dinner and hit the hay.
