➡️ Due to chronic health issues whenever I start to feel dissociated I get panicky about if I am sick or experiencing an episode. I’ve learned it’s really important to stop & reset in those moments, laying out the facts. I’m feeling badly due to low blood sugar & I will start feeling better soon now that I ate. Thank you to my body for letting me know that I needed something (food). I am safe 🥰
