จากประสบการณ์การทานอาหารที่ร้าน IROHA Ramen & Izakaya ที่ Mega Bangna ชั้น 1 โซน Food Walk ผมขอแชร์ความประทับใจเพิ่มเติมเรื่องเมนูและบรรยากาศร้านที่ช่วยเพิ่มคุณค่าในการมาเยือนได้อย่างดีเลยครับ หนึ่งในไฮไลต์ที่ผมชื่นชอบไม่แพ้ราเมงซุปดำคือเมนูเต้าหู้ทอดซุปปลาแห้งที่รสชาติลึกซึ้ง กินคู่กับผักทอดกรุบกรอบสร้างความสมดุลของเท็กซ์เจอร์ได้อย่างลงตัว ส่วนเกี๊ยวซ่าทอดน้ำที่นี่ก็ทำได้ถูกใจ น้ำจิ้มรสชาติเผ็ดร้อนกำลังดี ทำให้รสชาติเกี๊ยวซ่าหอมกรอบยิ่งขึ้น ร้านนี้ยังมีกิมมิกเล็กๆ อย่างน้ำมันพริกที่วางไว้ให้ได้ปรุงเพิ่มรสชาติตามใจชอบโดยไม่ทำลายความกลมกล่อมของเมนูหลัก ที่น่าประทับใจคือทุกเมนูเน้นวัตถุดิบคุณภาพและความพิถีพิถัน เช่น หมูชาชูที่ไม่หนาจนเลี่ยน แทรกรสชาติได้เนียนละมุน ไข่ต้มที่ไม่เค็มเกินไป ทำให้ทานง่ายและเลี่ยนไม่รู้สึกเบื่อ สำหรับคนที่รักความแปลกใหม่ ผมแนะนำลองชิมไอติมรสส้ม Yuzu และมัตฉะที่รสชาติเข้มข้นสดชื่น เสริมบรรยากาศมื้ออาหารได้ดีมาก บรรยากาศร้านโดยรวมให้ความรู้สึกอบอุ่นและเพลิดเพลิน เหมาะกับการพาครอบครัวหรือเพื่อนฝูงมาทานอาหารญี่ปุ่นที่มีความหลากหลายและราคาไม่สูงจนเกินไป ถ้าใครชอบราเมงและอิซากายะ ร้าน IROHA เป็นอีกตัวเลือกที่น่าสนใจในเมกาบางนา ยิ่งถ้าได้ลองหลากหลายเมนูจากร้านนี้ รับรองจะติดใจหลายเมนูที่ไม่ได้พูดถึงในรีวิวนี้แน่นอนครับ
