This combo combines plant-based fiber and protein with eggs, giving a balanced meal. The avocado sunrise bowl is another staple. I mash creamy avocado with fat-free refried beans, season them lightly with black pepper and salt, and then add a fried egg on top. It’s an explosion of textures and flavors that also provides healthy fats and protein. For a kick of heat and flavor, the zesty pepper power breakfast includes half-calorie bread layered with eggs, pickled jalapeños, tomatoes, and onions.
