Broccoli Beef
One Boneless steak cut into thin strips( it the steak has fat on it cut it off and leave is to the side so you can use it as oil to sauté your broccoli) seasoned and marinated with soy sauce and 1/8 cup of brown sugar
Quarter red onion thinly slice
One head of fresh broccoli chopped in halves and the stem diced in 4s.
In a 9 or 10 inch pan add your beef fat and onion and sauté until the beef fat is cooked and distributes the oil after that add your broccoli, sauté and stir it around for about two minutes then add 1/4 cup of water to cook broccoli. Once the broccoli is almost tender add in your beef strips. sauté and stir for about five minutes after that let it cool for an additional five minutes then spoon over a bed of rice and enjoy!
