Let’s open some basketball cards!
NBA playoffs are in full swing so let’s open some basketball cards. I’ve never opened Bowman basketball before so let’s check it out.
I did a get a couple college players with women’s UConn Kelis Fisher, Kansas Kohl Rosario and a chrome of Nore Dame Braeden Strewsberry. I didn’t know there would be chrome cards in the packs too. Coolest card from the pack is probably Andrew Nembhard with the cool border though.
Can’t wait to open more!
As a basketball card enthusiast, diving into Bowman basketball cards during the NBA playoffs adds a fresh layer of excitement. What surprised me most was discovering chrome cards hidden within regular packs. These chrome cards have a glossy, reflective surface that makes players like Braeden Strewsberry from Notre Dame truly stand out in any collection. Including college stars such as Kelis Fisher from UConn and Kohl Rosario from Kansas brings a unique mix to the pack, appealing to fans who follow both the NBA and collegiate basketball scenes. I found that Bowman Series 1 packs often contain base cards and parallel versions, sometimes with holiday-themed or autographed inserts, which add collectible value and visual diversity. The Andrew Nembhard card impressed me with its stylish border design, which several collectors appreciate as it enhances the card's aesthetic appeal. Also, noticing team names like the Pistons on certain cards ties the collection back to the professional league, knitting together an engaging narrative for fans. When unpacking these cards, I recommend paying close attention to details such as 'autograph' prints and special series indicators, as these denote more valuable or limited-edition cards. It’s exciting to open packs with an eye for these rarer finds, making each unboxing experience distinct. Personally, the blend of college players and chrome cards in Bowman packs broadens the appeal for a variety of collectors—from those who cherish rookie cards to fans eager for shiny parallels and limited prints. This diversity is what keeps me coming back to open more packs and share my discoveries with other enthusiasts.
