New Painting: hello mamás
Last week I finished this painting that I painted for my coworker who is pregnant with her third daughter. She loves Hello Kitty. This painting is a little outside of what I normally do, but when you make a gift for somebody and you are an artist that can pretty much do whatever you make something that someone will love. This was done in acrylic paint and acrylic paint markers it is on a 30" x 30" x 1.5" gallery wrapped canvas, and it is coded in a mat archival finish. I am a professional artist of 29 years I am working towards the goal of being a full-time professional artist in 2027. Currently, I work as a DSP in a group home with I/DD adults.
I was not going to post any of my art on here because I really don't want to train AI on my work. But I don't even know if that's a thing anymore. Everybody seems to love the 90s except for nobody has a clue that in the 90s we didn't really have the Internet or cell phones. That didn't come until the second half of the 90s. And I kind of wanna take my art back to the 90s when you could only really see art in a gallery. Why do I need to put my art in front of 60,000 followers if I only have 10 people that buy my artwork on the Internet, but I can go out IRL and put my work physically in front of collectors and make more sales? #emergingcreator #HelloKittyPainting
