“My mom will die without food stamps”...
I saw this post today, I felt for them at first, not gonna lie. No one wants to see anyone struggle like that. But that’s not the point of this help.
Food stamps were never supposed to be forever. They’re there to catch you when you’re down, not keep you stuck. Like, come on! Have you even tried looking for a job? Why should the government keep footing the bill? Why should taxpayers keep bailing people out who won’t help themselves?
I get that hard times happen, we’ve all been there. But when people act like food stamps are a permanent fix instead of a temporary lifeline? That’s where I check out. Thoughts?

At 78 and disabled where the heck is this lady supposed to work? You are absolutely heartless! Food stamps are meant to help the ones who can’t help themselves!
