Planning ahead to recognize early signs of burnout can prevent similar situations in the future. Incorporating regular breaks during busy days and setting realistic goals helps maintain sustainable energy levels. Sharing experiences with friends who understand can provide emotional support and practical advice. Ultimately, managing burnout involves a holistic approach combining rest, nutrition, mental health care, and pacing activities. The key is to listen to your body and give it the care it needs to bounce back stronger.
